Assoc. Dr. Gökalp Altun is a seasoned cardiovascular surgeon with a robust academic and clinical background. He completed his medical education at Uludağ University, followed by specialization in cardiovascular surgery at Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi (KTÜ). Over nearly two decades, he has served as faculty at KTÜ’s Department of Cardio‑Vascular Surgery, contributing both to education and surgical care. Since then, he has extended his practice at VM Medical Park Florya Hospital in Istanbul under İstanbul Aydın University, offering advanced cardiac and vascular surgical services to patients, including international ones.
