Dr. Swarupa Mitra is a highly esteemed Radiation Oncologist with over 24 years of experience. She serves as the Director and Unit Head in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute. With extensive expertise in treating various cancers through advanced radiation techniques, she has earned recognition in both national and international medical communities.

Dr. Mitra is a prominent speaker and has been invited to prestigious global forums, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and Indian College of Radiation Oncologists (ICRO). She is also a mentor for The Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and has co-guided PhD theses at the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Her contributions to oncology extend beyond clinical practice, with memberships in esteemed organizations like ESTRO, ASTRO, IGCS, and ICRO.
