Prof. Necmettin KUTLU

Prof. Necmettin Kutlu is a highly experienced plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey – with more than three decades of clinical practice, academic leadership, and international training. He completed his medical education in 1982 and specialist training in plastic surgery by 1991, followed by advanced fellowships in Sweden and the USA.

His career includes founding and leading departments at leading Turkish institutions, and since 2009, he has been part of the Medicana group.
