Prof. Dr. Burcak Yilmaz

Prof. Dr. Burçak Yılmaz is an experienced Professor of Nuclear Medicine with over 19 years of experience in the field. She completed her MD in English-language Medicine from İstanbul University–Cerrahpaşa, followed by a PhD in Nuclear Medicine and an ongoing PhD in Molecular Oncology. She specializes in radionuclide therapies, PET-CT and PET-MRI imaging and reporting, and conventional nuclear medicine imaging, including SPECT/CT and Gamma Camera. Her expertise encompasses PET/SPECT imaging and theranostics, with a strong focus on advanced nuclear medicine applications in cancer diagnosis, staging, treatment response assessment, and radionuclide therapy.
