Dr. Yogesh K Chhabra

Dr. Yogesh K Chhabra is a distinguished nephrologist with extensive expertise in nephrology and renal transplantation. With over 14 years of experience, he has successfully managed complex transplant cases, including ABO-incompatible transplants, highly sensitized transplants, deceased donor transplants, and swap transplants.

His proficiency extends to both pre- and post-transplant patient care, ensuring high-quality treatment outcomes. He specializes in glomerular diseases and has performed over 1,000 kidney biopsies, demonstrating his expertise in critical diagnostic procedures.

Dr. Chhabra has a strong academic inclination, having served as an Assistant Professor at AIIMS, Delhi. His research interests include studying carotid artery intimal medial thickness in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and the prevalence of atherosclerotic ischemic renal disease among the elderly.
