Dr. Vinod Raina is one of India's leading Medical Oncologists, bringing over three decades of expertise in the field. He has previously served as a Professor and Head of Medical Oncology at AIIMS, New Delhi. Throughout his illustrious career, he has performed around 250 transplants and led AIIMS in conducting the highest number of transplants for various cancers in India over the past decade.
Dr. Raina has made significant contributions to oncology research, serving as the Principal Investigator for nearly 50 projects at AIIMS. He is also the Co-Founder of the INDOX network and has played a key role in training over 60 DM students who now hold consultant positions worldwide. His contributions extend internationally, including a tenure as an Honorary Research Fellow at Oxford University.
He has been actively involved in multiple research endeavors, securing funding from prestigious institutions such as Oxford University, the University of London, NCI-USA, DBT, and ICMR. Additionally, he has received numerous national and international awards for his contributions to oncology.
