Dr. Vikram Sharma

Dr. Vikram Sharma is a highly esteemed and internationally recognized Urologist with over 34 years of clinical experience. He is the Director of Urology, Andrology, and Kidney Transplant Surgery and Head of the Robotic Urological Surgery Program at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram.

A pioneer in Endourology, Dr. Sharma has introduced several groundbreaking surgical innovations, including the GreenLight Laser treatment for prostate surgery in India. He was also the founding director of India’s first Andrology Centre, the Alpha One Andrology Group, dedicated to Male Sexual Dysfunction treatment.

Apart from his work in India, Dr. Sharma is a Visiting Professor of Urology and an adjunct faculty member at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, USA. His vast expertise in robotic and laparoscopic urological procedures has earned him invitations as a speaker and faculty member at numerous national and international conferences.

His contributions to Urology extend beyond clinical practice, as he has published research papers in reputed medical journals and has conducted specialized training workshops in laparoscopic surgery across India.
