Dr. Vidyachandra Gandhi

Dr. Vidyachandra Gandhi is an experienced Consultant - Gastrointestinal and HPB Surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the surgical management of complex gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and gastrointestinal oncology conditions. He completed his MBBS, DNB in General Surgery, and DNB in Gastrointestinal Surgery, along with a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery. He specializes in gastrointestinal surgery, HPB surgery, GI oncology surgery, pancreatic surgery, liver shunt surgery for portal hypertension, J-pouch surgery for ulcerative colitis, GI bleeding surgery, abdominal emergency surgery, and advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Gandhi also has experience managing liver cirrhosis and performing minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, splenectomy, and colectomy. He has contributed to more than 25 publications in national and international journals and is a member of the DOSS Surgical Group.
