Dr. Tejendra Singh Chauhan is a highly accomplished Senior Consultant in the Department of Nephrology & Kidney Transplantation at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Chauhan has developed vast expertise in managing a full spectrum of kidney-related conditions and treatments. His clinical interests cover hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (CAPD/APD), automated peritoneal dialysis, and critical nephrology care.

He has notable experience in renal transplantation, especially complex transplants involving ABO-incompatible donors and highly sensitized patients such as those with HIV or HCV. Dr. Chauhan is skilled in interventional nephrology including central venous catheter placements, Permcath insertions, AV fistula management, and renal biopsies, even in challenging anatomical scenarios.
