Dr. Soumitra Sinha Roy is a distinguished pulmonologist and intensivist with over 31 years of medical experience. He serves as the Senior Consultant in the Interventional Pulmonology and Lung Transplant Program at MGM Healthcare, Chennai. His expertise encompasses lung transplantation, ECMO support for critical lung conditions, bronchoscopic and EBUS interventions utilizing laser therapy and airway stenting, interventional medical thoracoscopy, management of sleep disorders, smoking cessation programs, COPD management, and critical care medicine.

Dr. Roy's academic journey includes prestigious fellowships from the University of Cape Town and the University of Toronto, enhancing his proficiency in pulmonology and lung transplantation.
