Dr. Sonali N. Babhulkar is a Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital, Dubai. She completed her MBBS from Pune University, India, followed by Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) in General Surgery and DNB in Plastic Surgery from New Delhi, India. She also underwent three years of mandatory plastic surgery training at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai, which further strengthened her expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Babhulkar has developed broad experience across the full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery, with work spanning cosmetic procedures, burns care, microvascular surgery, trauma-related reconstruction, hand surgery, scar correction, and wound management.
