Dr. Shoaib F. Padaria

Dr. Shoaib F. Padaria is a highly experienced vascular specialist and interventional cardiologist with over three decades of expertise in the field. He completed his MBBS, MD, and DM in Cardiology from the prestigious Seth G S Medical College in Mumbai. Further honing his skills, he trained in Interventional Cardiac and Peripheral Vascular procedures at the renowned Guys Hospital and Brook General Hospital in London.

Dr. Padaria has played a pivotal role in several groundbreaking medical advancements. He was part of the team that conducted the first catheter closure of a post-infarction Ventricular Septal Defect in London, UK. His pioneering work in India includes performing the country's first Endovenous Laser treatment for Varicose Veins in January 2003 at Jaslok Hospital. To date, he has successfully conducted more than 20,000 such procedures.

His areas of expertise include Coronary Interventions, Peripheral Arterial Angioplasty, and specialized treatments for Diabetic Foot conditions. Additionally, he has extensive experience managing Acute and Chronic Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). Dr. Padaria is the founder of the Venous Association of India, which has grown into a globally recognized venous society.
