Dr. Sharad Malhotra

Dr. Sharad Malhotra is a highly skilled and renowned gastroenterologist, currently serving as the Senior Consultant and Head of Department (HOD) at Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. He completed his MBBS in 1996 from Thanjavur, Govt. Medical College, Tamil Nadu, followed by a DNB in General Medicine from Holy Family Hospital, New Delhi, in 2003. Further enhancing his expertise, he pursued a Fellowship in HIV Medicine in 2006 and completed his DNB in Gastroenterology in 2010 from Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre, New Delhi.

Dr. Malhotra has been actively involved in research and has contributed to notable publications, including studies on ‘Pleural Cryptococcosis in AIDS’ in Respiratory Medicine Extra (2007) and ‘Overlap Syndromes: An Emerging Diagnostic and Therapeutic Challenge’ in Saudi Journal of Gastroenterology (2017).
