Dr. Sanjiv Saigal is a globally recognized HPB Surgeon, Hepatologist, and Liver Transplant Specialist. He serves as Principal Director & Head of Hepatology, Liver Transplant and Biliary Sciences at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket (Max Healthcare), one of India’s premier tertiary care centres. Dr. Saigal has dedicated nearly three decades to advancing liver health, performing thousands of liver transplants and spearheading integrated transplant hepatology programs with high‑quality outcomes.

He began his medical journey with a gold‑medal MBBS and further specialized with degrees in internal medicine, gastroenterology and hepatology from prestigious Indian and UK institutions, including a Fellowship in Liver Transplantation at King’s College Hospital, London.
