Dr. Ravi Gupta

Dr. Ravi Gupta is a distinguished interventional cardiologist with over 35 years of experience, including 25 years in interventional cardiology. He has performed more than 10,000 coronary angioplasties, managing complex cases such as left main stenosis, chronic total occlusions (CTOs), bifurcations, trifurcations, and procedures involving rotational atherectomy (ROTA) and intravascular lithotripsy (IVL). His expertise extends to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), high-risk surgical profiles, and low ejection fraction conditions, all achieved with minimal complication rates.

In addition to coronary interventions, Dr. Gupta is proficient in peripheral interventions, having completed advanced training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, USA. He has performed over 3,000 peripheral angioplasties, addressing conditions such as diabetic foot ulcers and erectile dysfunction. His training in Germany for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) equips him to perform non-surgical aortic valve replacements. Furthermore, he is skilled in device closures for congenital heart defects, including Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO), and Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), as well as in implanting pacemakers, Automated Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (AICDs), and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillators (CRT-Ds).
