Dr. Ranjeet Bajpai

Dr. Ranjeet Bajpai is a distinguished Senior Consultant in Radiation Oncology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. With over 18 years of dedicated experience in the field of oncology, he has made significant contributions to cancer care through both clinical practice and research. Dr. Bajpai completed his MD from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, in 2006, followed by a DNB in Radiation Oncology.

He has further honed his expertise through prestigious fellowships, including an ASTRO fellowship for Tomotherapy at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Bethesda, Maryland, USA, and a fellowship at Sjaelland University Hospital, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bajpai has been associated with leading medical institutions. Prior to his current role, he served as a Consultant at P.D. Hinduja Hospital, Mahim, Mumbai, starting in 2009, and later worked in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 2020. He has a profound interest in academic research and has extensively taught and guided DNB and MD students in their research projects over the years. His commitment to advancing the field is evident through his active membership in esteemed organizations such as the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India (AROI), the European Society of Radiotherapy & Oncology (ESTRO), and the American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).

Dr. Bajpai specializes in precision radiotherapy techniques, including Adaptive Radiotherapy (ART), 4-D Gated Radiotherapy, Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT), Rapid Arc (VMAT), Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), Surface Guided Radiotherapy (SGRT), Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), and Image Guided Brachytherapy (IGBT). His clinical focus encompasses the management of head and neck, breast, brain, prostate, gynecological, gastrointestinal, and lung cancers. He is also dedicated to palliative care, aiming to alleviate symptoms and enhance the quality of life for patients with incurable cancers.
