Dr. P. Vamsi Krishna is a Clinical Director, Senior Consultant, and Head of the Department (HOD) of Urology at CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, with 21 years of experience in urology, robotic surgery, laparoscopy, endourology, and renal transplantation. He completed his MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, MS in General Surgery from PGIMER, Chandigarh, and MCh in Urology from BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai. He has specialized training in robotic surgery from Intuitive Surgical, USA, and extensive experience in advanced urological procedures, including thulium laser prostatectomy, RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery), laparoscopic surgery, and robotic assisted surgery. He has performed approximately 1,000 thulium laser prostatectomies and 3,000 RIRS procedures.
