Dr. P. A. Jiwani is a highly experienced Senior Consultant & Interventional Cardiologist at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences & Superspeciality Hospital, Hyderabad, with extensive experience in cardiology and interventional procedures. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur, in 1977, MD in Medicine from Government Medical College, Nagpur, in 1981, D.Card. from the University of London’s Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, London, in 1989, and DNB in Cardiology from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, in 1992. He received specialized training in cardiology interventions at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and Charles De Nicole Hospital, France. His areas of special interest include coronary angioplasty, stenting, balloon procedures, valvuloplasty, and preventive cardiology. He has also participated as a live case operator in several advanced cardiology and revascularization workshops and has been involved in major international clinical studies, including MICHELANGELO OASIS-6, PLATO, OASIS-7, XIENCE V Registry, and LIFENOX.
