Dr. Niteen Kumar is a highly accomplished liver transplant and HPB surgeon with extensive expertise in robotic and minimally invasive liver transplant techniques. As the Head of Department (HOD) and Consultant at Manipal Hospitals, he is recognized for his excellence in complex liver and pancreatic surgeries. His surgical expertise spans ross robotic liver donor surgery, living and deceased donor liver transplants, pediatric liver transplants, and ABO-incompatible liver transplants.

Dr. Kumar is an esteemed Life and Founder Member of the Liver Transplant Society of India, as well as a Life Member of the Association of Surgeons of India. He is also a member of the International Liver Transplant Society and the International Hepatopancreatobiliary Association.
