Dr. Muzammil Shaikh

Dr. Muzammil Shaikh is a highly accomplished and internationally trained Medical Oncologist with nearly 21 years of dedicated experience in oncology care. As the Director of Medical Oncology at Nanavati Max Institute of Cancer Care, he plays a pivotal role in offering advanced, evidence-based, and compassionate cancer treatment. He holds dual specialization in D.M. and D.N.B. Medical Oncology and has undergone further observership and perceptorship training in premier global centers like MD Anderson Cancer Centre, USA, and in Liverpool, UK.

His clinical interests span a broad spectrum of cancers, including ovarian, breast, lung, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, head and neck, hematolymphoid malignancies, bone and soft tissue sarcomas, and geriatric oncology. He also has a keen focus on precision and molecular oncology, aiming to personalize cancer therapy for each patient.
