Dr. Mohan Karisankappa Puttaswamy

Dr. Mohan Karisankappa Puttaswamy is a highly experienced Additional Director of Orthopaedics with 16 years of experience in orthopaedics, joint replacement, and robotic and computer-navigated joint reconstruction. He completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and MS in Orthopaedics from Madras Medical College, where he topped the university across Tamil Nadu and received two gold medals. He later pursued a Fellowship in Joint Replacement in New York, USA, and a Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics at Harvard University, USA. He specializes in joint replacement surgery, primary and complex revision hip and knee replacement, paediatric orthopaedics, and joint preservation surgery for early arthritis. He has undergone advanced surgical training in the United States and has close to 1,000 joint replacement surgeries to his credit, including primary and complex revision hip and knee replacements.
