Dr. Manav Wadhawan

Dr. Manav Wadhawan is a distinguished Gastroenterologist with a special focus on Hepatology and Transplant Hepatology. Renowned for pioneering HBIg-free regimens for HBV-related liver transplants, he has innovated groundbreaking techniques to manage challenging biliary strictures.

With a strong background from institutions like AIIMS, Fortis Escorts Hospital, and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Dr. Wadhawan has significantly contributed to establishing a successful transplant program at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. He currently serves as the Senior Director at BLK-Max Institute for Digestive & Liver Diseases.

Dr. Wadhawan has over 50 indexed publications and 5 book chapters, particularly in post-transplant ERCPs.
