Dr. Kshitij Sheth

Dr. Kshitij Sheth is a highly esteemed Pediatric Cardiologist known for his expertise in diagnosing and treating congenital and acquired heart conditions in children. His extensive training includes an MBBS from GMC, Mumbai, followed by DCH, MD, and DNB in Pediatrics from Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital. He further specialized by completing an FNB in Pediatric Cardiology at Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital, Bangalore. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Sheth has been affiliated with several super-speciality hospitals in Mumbai, contributing significantly to the field of pediatric cardiology. His clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including clinical assessment of cardiac conditions, transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, foetal echocardiography, diagnostic catheterization, and cardiac CT imaging. He is proficient in performing therapeutic cardiac interventions such as balloon valvuloplasties (aortic, pulmonary, mitral), balloon coarctoplasty, balloon atrial septostomy, device closures (ASD, PDA, VSD), and stenting of various structures (coarctation, branch pulmonary arteries, RVOT, PDA). 

Dr. Sheth has been recognized with several awards and honors during his medical training. He has contributed to the medical community through numerous publications and presentations at both national and international forums and has authored chapters in clinical textbooks. He is a life member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India, and the IAP Cardiology chapter.
