Following his training in pediatric surgery, he completed a fellowship in pediatric oncosurgery at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai.
He subsequently studied advanced pediatric uro-surgery and pediatric laparoscopy at Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals in Mumbai. He attended the biggest robotic surgery training facility, ORSI in Belgium, in 2018 to earn his certification as a pediatric robotic surgeon.
