Dr. K. R. Vasudevan is a highly experienced Senior Director of Liver Transplant & Surgical Gastroenterology with extensive expertise in liver transplantation and advanced Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgery. He completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Goa Medical College, followed by DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He also received international training as a visiting surgeon at the Thomas Starzl Transplantation Institute, University of Pittsburgh, and Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, New York. His clinical expertise includes adult and paediatric liver transplantation and HPB surgery, including open, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures. He is recognized for his expertise in complex liver and hepatobiliary surgery and advanced transplant procedures.
