Dr. K. Jai Shankar is a highly experienced Senior Director & Senior Consultant Cardiologist with 19+ years of experience since 2007 in interventional cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, and advanced cardiac device therapy. He completed his MBBS, MD (General Medicine), and DM (Cardiology) and has trained at leading cardiac centers in India and the UK. He specializes in complex coronary interventions, cardiac electrophysiology, radiofrequency ablation, 3D electroanatomical mapping, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia ablation, cardiac resynchronization therapy, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator therapy, pacemaker implantation, and advanced cardiac device management. He is also experienced in echocardiography, renal angioplasty, balloon mitral valvotomy, arrhythmia management, acute coronary syndrome and heart failure management, and complex congenital heart disease interventions.
