Her groundbreaking work continued with the delivery of the nation's first Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT) baby in 1988 and the first baby conceived through egg donation in 1990.

Dr. Hinduja's academic journey includes an MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and a PhD in Human In-vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer from Mumbai University. Her relentless pursuit of research has expanded into areas such as stem cell development, embryo implantation, metabolomics, and the detection of genetic abnormalities in embryos.
