Dr. Hrishikesh D Pai

Dr. Hrishikesh D. Pai is a distinguished gynecologist and a pioneer in the field of infertility and IVF in India. With over four decades of experience, he has been instrumental in introducing several innovations in reproductive medicine, including assisted laser hatching, spindle view, ovarian tissue freezing for cancer patients, oocyte freezing, IMSI, and embryoscope. He is the Founder and Director of the Bloom IVF Group, which operates multiple IVF centers across India, including at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and Fortis Hospitals in New Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Mohali, and Navi Mumbai.

Dr. Pai's academic credentials are exemplary; he was an MD gold medalist at the University of Mumbai and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Embryology and Andrology from the Eastern Virginia Medical School, USA.  In recognition of his leadership in reproductive medicine, Dr. Pai served as the President of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) in 2015 and was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS), marking a first for an Indian professional in this global organization.
