Dr. Dhiren Ramanlal Shah is a globally recognized Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeon and Interventional Cardiologist. A first-rank holder since MBBS/MD, he has worked at premier institutions—including Jaslok, Saifee, Breach Candy, and Cumballa Hill hospitals in Mumbai. He pioneered:

• The first heart transplants in Gujarat
• The first Trans‑Aortic TAVR in India
• The first Hybrid CABG in India
• Minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS) in western India

Trained in elite international centers (Vietnam, Germany, USA, Switzerland) for mitral repair, minimally invasive techniques, LVAD, and artificial hearts. He leads CIMS' green hospital initiative and serves as Executive Council member of the Indian Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation (INSHLT).
