Dr. Deepak Jha

Dr. Deepak Jha is a distinguished Surgical Oncologist specializing in Breast Surgery, with over 15 years of dedicated experience. An alumnus of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), he completed his training in Surgical Oncology at the Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital (IRCH) within AIIMS. Dr. Jha further honed his expertise by obtaining a Fellowship in Breast Surgery from the European Board of Surgery and specialized training in Breast Oncoplasty from the European Society of Surgical Oncology. His international exposure includes an observership in Breast Surgery at Vall d’Hebron Hospital in Barcelona, Spain.

Prior to his tenure at Artemis Hospital, Dr. Jha was associated with esteemed institutions such as Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurugram, Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, and Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute. He is proficient in advanced breast surgical techniques, including Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy, Radioguided Occult Lesion Localization (ROLL), Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy, and Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator (DIEP) Free Flap Reconstruction. Dr. Jha is among the first in India to receive a Breast Surgery fellowship from the European Board of Surgery.
