He holds prestigious qualifications, including FRCOG (UK), and is listed on the GMC Specialist Register (UK). Dr. Rafael is notably the first surgeon in the Middle East and second worldwide to be accredited as a Master Surgeon in Multidisciplinary Endometriosis Care by the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC), highlighting his excellence in patient safety and surgical outcomes.
