Dr. Bhushan M. Sabnis

Dr. Bhushan M. Sabnis is a distinguished Orthopedic Surgeon renowned for his expertise in complex knee surgeries and joint replacements. He completed his MBBS from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, followed by an MS in Orthopedics from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, where he secured the first position and was honored with the Brig K.D. Khare – AFMC Gold Medal for academic excellence.

Further enhancing his credentials, Dr. Sabnis obtained a DNB in Orthopedics from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He pursued advanced training in the UK, earning the MRCS and FRCS in Trauma & Orthopedic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Computer-Assisted Orthopedic Surgery (CAOS) from the UK.

Dr. Sabnis has been a recipient of several international fellowships and has trained extensively in partial (unicompartmental) knee replacements, bi-compartmental knee replacements, and both primary and revision knee replacements. He serves as a visiting surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Basingstoke, UK, and is a faculty member at institutions in Newcastle and Basingstoke, UK, as well as CeMAST in Mumbai. His contributions to the field include co-authoring over 20 publications and serving as a reviewer for esteemed journals like BMJ Cases and the Indian Journal of Orthopaedics.
