Dr. B. L. Agarwal is a highly experienced Senior Director of Interventional Cardiology (Adult) with over 24 years of experience in cardiology and interventional cardiac care. He completed his MBBS from GRMC, Gwalior, MD in Internal Medicine from PGIMER, Chandigarh, and DM in Cardiology from SGPGI, Lucknow. He also received specialized training in Complex Coronary Angioplasty in Rouen, France, and Leipzig, Germany. He specializes in coronary artery disease, complex coronary interventions, chronic total occlusion (CTO), left main disease, bifurcation lesions, graft interventions, complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and transradial interventions. Dr. Agarwal has extensive experience in advanced coronary interventions and has performed 15,000 coronary angiograms, 5,000 coronary angioplasties, 600 renal, peripheral, and carotid angioplasties, 75 balloon mitral and aortic valvotomies, and 150 permanent pacemaker implantations. He is also a Life Member of the Cardiological Society of India and has been invited as faculty at CCT, Nagoya, Japan.
