Dr. Annu Susan George

Dr Annu Susan George is a Consultant in Medical Oncology at Medcare and an experienced cancer specialist with over a decade of clinical experience in the diagnosis and medical management of a broad range of solid tumours and hematological malignancies. She completed her MBBS in Kochi, MD in Coimbatore, and DM in Medical Oncology at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. She is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians, Glasgow, holds the Speciality Certificate Examination (SCE) in Medical Oncology, and is certified by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), reflecting strong international academic and professional credentials.

Her career path includes work as a Resident at ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, followed by Senior Residency in Medical Oncology at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences. She also had observer exposure in Medical Oncology and Transplant Infectious Diseases at Taussig Cancer Centre in Cleveland and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, USA. Before moving to the UAE, she served as a Junior Consultant and Consultant at Lakeshore Hospital and Research Centre, Ernakulam, and also worked as a Consultant at Indira Gandhi Cooperative Hospital, Kochi.

Clinically, Dr George is known for personalised cancer treatment, immunotherapy-focused care, and a protocol-based multidisciplinary approach.
