He completed his MBBS from Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, MS in General Surgery from Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi, and received training in Surgical Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Center, New Delhi. He specializes in head and neck oncology, breast oncology and oncoplasty, gastrointestinal oncology, gynaecological oncology, peritoneal surface malignancies and HIPEC, genitourinary oncology, musculoskeletal oncology, and thoracic oncology.
