Dr. A. Mohamed Ibrahim is an experienced Consultant in Cardiothoracic Surgery with over 8 years of experience in advanced cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures, with a special focus on Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery (MICS). He completed his MBBS, MS in General Surgery, and MCh in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai, where he was a gold medalist. He further underwent advanced training in minimally invasive cardiac surgery at U.N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology, Ahmedabad, under the mentorship of Dr. Chirag Doshi. He specializes in minimally invasive cardiac surgery, endoscopic-assisted ASD closure, cardiac myxoma excision, valve repair and replacement, CABG, aortic aneurysm and dissection repair, thoracic surgery, peripheral vascular surgery, and complex cardiac tumor excision. Dr. Ibrahim is recognized for his expertise in advanced minimally invasive cardiac procedures, including endoscopic-assisted surgeries, total arterial CABG, valve repair and replacement, and complex cardiac tumor removal, with a strong focus on precision, faster recovery, and patient centered cardiac care.
