Dr. A. B. Govindaraj is a distinguished Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 44 years of experience in the field. After completing his MBBS from the University of Madras in 1981, he pursued the prestigious FRCS from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, Glasgow, UK, in 1985. He underwent extensive training in orthopedics and joint replacement surgery in the UK for 8 years before returning to India in 1990.

Dr. Govindaraj has performed over 10,000 surgeries, including more than 3,000 joint replacement procedures. He specializes in joint replacement surgeries, particularly bilateral knee replacements, and is also proficient in hip and shoulder replacements. His expertise extends to spine surgeries, having received specialized training under Prof. Henry Halm in Germany.
