Dr. A. Ashok Kumar is a highly experienced Group Director and Head of Cardiology with over 11 years of expertise in Interventional Cardiology. He completed his MBBS, MD (General Medicine) from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, and DM (Cardiology) from Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad. He specializes in complex coronary interventions, primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), left main coronary artery stenting, bifurcation stenting, chronic total occlusion (CTO) interventions, pacemaker and ICD implantation, ASD device closure, peripheral angioplasty, and advanced intracoronary imaging techniques including IVUS, OCT, Rotational Atherectomy (ROTA), and Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL).
