Dr. Hazel Cagın Kuzey is a highly skilled Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist and IVF expert currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Biruni University Hospital, Istanbul. She completed her medical degree from the prestigious Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine, followed by her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine—one of Turkey’s most renowned medical institutions.
