He has trained and worked at prestigious global institutions, including Yale University (USA) and Shriners Hospital for Children (Philadelphia, USA). Despite being offered a faculty position in the USA, he chose to return to India to establish a world-class spine center. He has a strong academic background, has published research nationally and internationally, and contributed chapters to globally recognized spine surgery books.
