Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (GIPMER), New Delhi. He specializes in coronary angiography and angioplasty (PCI), primary PCI, CTO PCI, left main PCI, bifurcation and multivessel coronary interventions, IVUS/OCT-guided complex PCI, pacemaker, ICD and CRT implantation, conduction system pacing, balloon mitral valvotomy (BMV/PTMC), peripheral and endovascular interventions, structural heart disease interventions, and advanced heart failure device therapy. Dr. Gautam is recognized for his expertise in complex coronary interventions, structural heart procedures, cardiac device implantation, and minimally invasive cardiovascular treatments. He has independently performed more than 10,000 coronary angioplasties and over 1,000 cardiac device implantations, with a strong focus on delivering advanced, evidence based, and patient-centered cardiac care.
